Malak Pastry was established in 1972 in Tripoli, Lebanon, by the Malak family. Father of 4, Hassan Malak spent his life refining recipes for the past 50+ years, while teaching his children the art of pastries and gelato.

 

Brothers, Rabih and Issa Malak, with the careful guidance of their father, continued perfecting the pastries, cakes and gelato recipes. They have proudly carried on the legacy by sharing gelato and sorbet across Canada.
